Amanda has training in Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy from Naropa University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Neurosciences from the University of Wisconsin. She began her career in infant mental health, realizing the significance of early experiences and attachment relationships in shaping our identities and interactions. Her first career was focused on parent coaching, during which she helped parents and caregivers of children ages 0-21 navigate trauma, emotional challenges and disruptive behavior.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking, rock climbing, and advocating for social justice.

My therapy rates vary depending on the type of service you choose. Competitive rates are offered for individual sessions and specialized programs such as hiking therapy or ketamine therapy. My hourly rate is $150 and I offer a sliding fee scale, if needed. Please contact me to discuss payment options.

While I do not accept insurance directly, I can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to inquire about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
